A new 101-suite hotel has opened in York County.

The TownePlace Suites by Marriott on Concord Road in Springettsbury Township is owned by AVA Realty and managed by Keystone Hotel Management, according to a news release.

The property is ideal for longer stays and has studio as well as one- and two-bedroom suites, the release stated.

Features at the facility include on-site business services such as copying, faxing and printing.

The hotel offers an “upscale residential atmosphere” and alternatives to more standard hotel rooms designed for shorter stays, said Loren Nalewanski, vice president and global brand manager for TownePlace Suites, in the release.
