Janus Real Estate Associates LLC purchased a 4,060-square-foot building at 3560 Gettysburg Road in Lower Allen Township. NAI CIR of Wormleysburg represented the buyer; Campbell Commercial Real Estate of Lemoyne represented the seller.
Robert Reese of Reese's Landscaping leased retail space at 1104 Slate Hill Road in Lower Allen Township from St. Michael & Mary Inc. for a showroom and outdoor display retail center. The Upper Allen Township office of High Associates Ltd. represented the landlord.

Barton Education of York will provide mechanical, electrical and plumbing services to renovate the 22,000-square-foot Hostetter Chapel at Messiah College. The project will include replacement of HVAC systems, electrical distribution equipment and lighting controls throughout the building. The lower level will be renovated into a broadcast studio, control room, Foley room and green room to support Messiah's film and journalism program.
