The Dauphin County office of the Metzger Wickersham law firm has finished the construction on its new building and has moved out of Harrisburg.

Started in Harrisburg in 1888, the firm moved into its new offices Nov. 25 at 2321 Paxton Church Road in Susquehanna Township.

“We feel blessed and fortunate to have the opportunity to expand,” said Clark DeVere, an attorney and shareholder at Metzger Wickersham. “The new office has more meeting space and updated facilities to better accommodate our clients.”

Construction began on the 18,000-square-foot office in June. A.P. Williams Inc. of Susquehanna Township was the general contractor.

The firm has other offices in Lancaster, Pottsville, Shippensburg, Wilkes-Barre and York.
