Jeff Rutt, founder of Manheim Township-based nonprofit Hope International, has won the 2013 Epoch Lifetime Achievement Award for outstanding work in the missions field.

The national Epoch Awards take place every two years and honor those in the mission field who are persistently tackling the issues of poverty, sex trafficking, HIV/AIDS, the need for clean water, homelessness and other needs in today's society.

Hope International is an international microfinance ministry centered on biblically based business principles. Rutt is also the founder of Keystone Custom Homes Inc.
