The Carlisle Group, an executive recruitment firm in Cumberland County, could be moving into its new offices by August of next year if all goes well with construction at Delta Pointe in Silver Spring Township, President and CEO Bert Wendeln said.

The township supervisors on Wednesday gave a final approval to Carlisle Group’s 19,000-square-foot office building, which will house the recruitment firm and a new spa business, Wendeln said.

The new office building will also include a cafe and meeting space, he said.

Carlisle Group has been at its current location, 21 State Ave. in South Middleton Township, for the past 14 years, he said. The new office will give the company the ability to expand from its 19 employees and offer associates amenities such as an exercise room.

“We want to invest from a commercial real estate perspective,” Wendeln said.

The office building will be the second for Delta Pointe, a commercial development at the intersection of Interstate 81 and Route 114. The 85-acre park is owned by LeRoy Kline Jr. and Eric Clancy, executives at Hampden Township-based Delta Development Group Inc.
