MoviE-Town Cinema will go on the auction block at 11 a.m. Dec. 11, according to Maas Companies Inc.

Maas said it will conduct the lender-owned auction with Zettlemoyer Auction Co. LLC, which is based in Lehigh County.

The nearly 29,000-square-foot facility, converted to a theater in 2000, is currently operating and includes eight screens, a party and special events room and a video game area, Maas said. It is at 700 N. Hanover St., and the auction will be conducted on-site.

The cinema will sell as one entity, including all equipment and fixtures.

Maas noted the cinema’s proximity to Elizabethtown College as a business draw.
