RLS Construction lands new Lebanon VA work
Carroll Township-based RLS Construction Group LLC has been selected for additional rehabilitation work at the Lebanon VA Medical Center.
Its latest contracts total more than $162,000.
That work includes removing and rebuilding a transition house roof, replacing sewer laterals from the street to the facility and installing new sidewalks, asphalt and landscaping.
RLS also is working on hospice house renovations, including installation of new cabinets, countertops, partitions and flooring, as well as asbestos mitigation. The company is installing new kitchen hoods, appliances and heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
In addition, a canopy cover will be installed over the entrance to the facility.
The company has been working on projects at the Lebanon County facility since 2011.
RLS is a veteran-owned general contractor that focuses on government contracts and medical facility work for the Veterans Administration. It also does commercial and general construction for private-sector clients — primarily in Cumberland, Dauphin and York counties. Much of that work is office and retail space improvements.
