Businesses featured this week: Engineering Society of Baltimore, National Organization of Bar Counsel

Washington, D.C-based National Organization of Bar Counsel elected Paul J. Burgoyne treasurer and vice chairman of the program planning committee. He is deputy chief disciplinary counsel of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court's Disciplinary Board and has a BA in political science from La Salle University and a law degree from Rutgers University.

The Engineering Society of Baltimore elected W. Arthur Barrett II president. He is a senior vice president and director of East Pennsboro Township-based Gannett Fleming's Delmarva (Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia) region. He has more than 32 years of experience and a BS in civil and environmental engineering from Clarkson University.
