David Freedman is a partner with Barley Snyder, LLP, a full-service law firm, where he is a member of the Employment Law Group, representing employers before state and federal courts and administrative agencies on a broad array of employment law.
Prior to joining Barley Snyder in 2008, Freedman served as a law clerk for the Hon. Sylvia H. Rambo and also as an assistant city attorney for the city of Richmond, handling political matters such as election law challenges, employment cases, commercial and construction disputes and criminal matters. As part of Barley Snyder's management team, Freedman is frequently called upon as a public speaker regarding cutting-edge employment law issues.
Active within the community, Freedman is president of the board for Clare House and serves on the Personnel Committee for United Way of Lancaster County. He has also served on the board of trustees for La Academia Partnership Charter School.
