Brian W. Laub, project manager at Wohlsen Construction Company, has achieved a reputation for his work in pioneering the use of modular construction to reduce costs and speed the completion of academic buildings. To date, he has managed the construction of more than $200 million worth of academic buildings representing 1.25 million square feet.
Aside from his role at Wohlsen Construction, he is the co-founder and co-owner of Laub Property Management, established in 2011. Laub Property currently owns and operates three properties with a total of eight residential rental apartments.
Laub committed to giving back to his industry outside of work through the ACE Mentor Program and as a faculty member of the Keystone Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors Continuing Education Program. He and his family also started the Linda Laub Consumer Family Scholarship Fund in memory of his mother, Linda Laub. The scholarship fund assists students pursuing a career in the culinary arts field.
