Most people who can boast success in two separate careers are twice Jason Lawrence Reimer's age. At age 30, Reimer has proven himself an accomplished attorney, grappling with the complex area of civil commercial and constitutional litigation, as well as regulatory and administrative agency law at Post & Schell, P.C.
In an entirely different role, he serves as president and partner of The Vineyard at Hershey, overseeing its tasting room, marketing efforts, events and legal affairs. Under his leadership, the vineyard had, according to local wine blogger Paul Vigna, the largest launch in Pennsylvania winery history. In recognition of this success, the other 150 Pennsylvania wineries elected him to the Pennsylvania Winery Association executive board.
When he moved to the region for law school eight years ago, Reimer quickly became involved in the State YMCA of Pennsylvania. Today, he serves as chairman and president of its board, which in the past year has undertaken a transformation involving a $1 million capital campaign and a drastic increase in civic education services.
