Prologis Americas names new east region president

Prologis Inc., the San Francisco-based owner and operator of a large number of midstate warehousing properties, said today that it has promoted Nick Kittredge to be president of the company's east region in the Americas.

The region includes the entire eastern U.S., where Prologis manages more than 386 million square feet of industrial properties, according to the company. There are about 15 midstate properties with millions of square-feet of warehousing.

Kittredge has been with Prologis since 2004, holding various positions dedicated to business in the United States and Latin America, according to the company. Most recently, he was senior vice president and country manager for the company’s Brazil markets.

Prologis, a real estate investment trust, trades its shares on the New York Stock Exchange under thee ticker symbol PLD.
