The Lebanon Valley Chamber of Commerce is looking for nominations for its 2013 “Non-Profit of the Year” award.

Nonprofits nominated will be judged based on their mission, accomplishments over the last year, impact on the Lebanon Valley and other factors. Nominees must be a registered 501(c)3 organization, be located in the Lebanon Valley and be a member of the chamber. The nominee also needs to have been established for five years.

The chamber started the award in 2009 to recognize significant accomplishments and the impact the chamber's nonprofit members have had on the Lebanon Valley.

To nominate a nonprofit, contact Peggy Kreiser at 717-273-3727, ext. 102, or pkreiser@lvchamber.org.

The deadline for nominations is Sept. 13 and the award will be presented Oct. 22.
