Mount Joy Wire named John Schleicher director of technical services. He will oversee quality and process improvements. He was employed with New York Wire and Teledyne McKay. He has 25 years of experience, a BS in industrial and manufacturing engineering from Penn State University and an MS in technology management from the University of Maryland.

Earl Township-based Quality Custom Cabinetry Inc. named Bill Mullineaux vice president of sales and marketing. He will work with dealer sales representatives, spearhead the internal sales management team and oversee corporate communications, Web and social media. He was director of sales. Previously, he was employed with Horst Construction Inc. Tim Martin was named director of human resources.
