Pa. will be poorer state without transportation funding reform, PennDOT deputy says

Without additional funding through long-term, comprehensive revenue solutions, Pennsylvania's transportation infrastructure will continue to decline and adversely affect its economy, said Bradley L. Mallory, deputy secretary for administration at the state Department of Transportation.

Mallory, the PennDOT secretary under former governors Tom Ridge and Mark Schweiker, then CEO of engineering firm Michael Baker Corp., was the keynote speaker today for the Harrisburg Regional Chamber's annual Transportation Briefing at the Hilton Harrisburg.
