Wells Fargo closes Park City location, moves to Fruitville Pike
Wells Fargo has a new location in the Lancaster area, replacing another at a popular mall.
Company officials said the bank today opens a new location at 1966 Fruitville Pike in Manheim Township, which will replace the branch at Park City Center. The mall location closed Friday afternoon, and the new location is approximately two miles from the former branch, according to James A. Baum, spokesman for Wells Fargo.
All accounts, personal and business will be relocated to the Manheim Township location, along with safe deposit boxes. The entire staff also is being relocated.
The new branch is 3,300 square feet, features a walk-up ATM and three drive-through lanes. Wells Fargo officials said the company announced the change to its customers in March and has had signs at the former Park City location letting customers know about the change.
Wells Fargo officials said a grand opening hasn’t been scheduled for the store yet but will be held in the future.
