He will oversee lending, business development, staffing and customer and community relations. He was an assistant manager and has an associate degree in business administration and management from Berks Technical Institute.
Swatara Township-based Metro Bank named Donna Eyler a compliance manager. She was a compliance review supervisor. She has 18 years of banking experience and an accounting degree from Old Dominion University. Abigail Gaussoin was named a loan settlement officer. She will coordinate commercial loan settlements. She was employed with the Law Office of Aaron Katsman and has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Gonzaga University with a double concentration in finance and human resources. Debbie Krushinski was named a store manager. She has 14 years of banking experience, most recently as a store manager with Wells Fargo. Leann Waszk-Becker was named store manager of the Exeter, Berks County, office. She has 20 years of banking experience, most recently as a retail banking manager with Sovereign Bank. Michael Schriver was named credit section manager of training and development. He has 15 years of banking experience and was a senior credit analyst. He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA in marketing, from York College. Jeffrey Druce was named a vice president and commercial loan officer for the Reading region. He has more than 25 years of banking experience, most recently as vice president of finance and administration for Community First Fund. He has a bachelor’s degree from Millersville University and an MBA from Shippensburg University. Julia Hudson was named a vice president and commercial loan officer for the Harrisburg East region. She has eight years of banking experience, most recently as a regional decisioning unit manager with Sovereign Bank. She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Penn State University.
