Kagen, MacDonald & France P.C., the York County-based law firm, said today it has appointed Douglas France to be its president and the firm's name will change to FrancePaskey.
“The full team of Kagen, MacDonald and France is behind these changes, and we continue to be dedicated to providing outstanding legal counsel in a caring, comfortable small-firm environment,” Vice President Edward Paskey said in a statement.
Although the name changed, the attorneys at the firm haven’t. Former President George MacDonald as well as France and Paskey will continue to be shareholders of the firm, according to the company. Jennifer Galloway, Lauren Kearney and Jack Graybill II will remain on as associate attorneys, and Andrew Kagen will continue in the firm’s Of Counsel position.
Kagen, MacDonald & France was started in 1990 and is a full-service law firm in Springettsbury Township.
