American Heritage Property Management has grown its business 32 percent by purchasing Property Professionals Inc., according to a news release.

“This is our largest acquisition to date and is part of our strategic plan to increase our market share throughout south central Pennsylvania,” said Richard Gottshall, president of American Heritage. “We are delighted to offer our services to the previous customers of Property Professionals Inc.

PPI, based in Elizabethtown, rented and managed 570 units in northwestern Lancaster County — Elizabethtown, Manheim, Mount Joy, Marietta and Columbia. American Heritage will operate an office out of the PPI headquarters at 717 S. Market St. in Elizabethtown, with former PPI owner Patricia Szoboscan managing that office.
