Franklin County Area Development Corp. bought a 33,000-square-foot industrial building at 1101 Sheffler Drive in Chambersburg from Chesapeake Holdings Olsen LLC. Bennett Williams Realty Inc. of York represented both parties.

Joseph Webber bought a 2,715-square-foot investment property at 720 Loucks Road in York from Atlantic Properties. The property houses a Five Guys Burgers & Fries restaurant. Bennett Williams represented both parties.

Typical Life Corp. bought a 4,130-square-foot commercial building at 3093 N. George St. in Manchester Township from Main Street Investments. Bennett Williams represented both parties.

Martin Real Estate Queen St. LLC bought a 23,278-square-foot office building at 2300 Pleasant Valley Road in Springettsbury Township from Susquehanna Bank. Bennett Williams represented both parties.

Sally Beauty Supply LLC leased 1,578 square feet of retail space at Rouzerville Commons in Waynesboro for five years from Freston Realty. Bennett Williams represented the landlord.

ATI Holdings LLC leased 2,525 square feet of retail space in Quality Center at 2481 Lincoln Highway E. in East Lampeter Township for 10 years from Waterford QC Associates LP. Bennett Williams represented the landlord.

New Vision Youth Services Inc. leased 4,200 square feet of retail space at Gabriel Brothers' Shopping Center in Springettsbury Township for three years from Good Drive Associates LLC. Bennett Williams represented the tenant.

CDI Fitness LLC leased 3,750 square feet of retail space at Kingston Square at 2522 Eastern Blvd. in Springettsbury Township for five years from Kingston Square Associates LLC. Bennett Williams represented the landlord.

Qui Ma leased 1,400 square feet of retail space at Constitution Plaza on Constitution Avenue in Shrewsbury for five years from 6-18 Constitution Avenue LLC for a nail salon. Bennett Williams represented both parties.

Covenant Vacuum Sales & Service LLC, which does business as Aerus Electrolux, leased 1,000 square feet of retail space at Gabriel Brothers' Shopping Center in Springettsbury Township for three years from Good Drive Associates LLC. Bennett Williams represented the tenant.

Barton Healthcare of York signed a contract with GS Architects to provide mechanical, electrical and plumbing design services for the renovation of 4,000 square feet of med-surg patient rooms to create an eight-bed intensive care unit at Crozer Health System's Taylor Hospital in Delaware County.

Quandel Construction Group Inc. of Harrisburg was named at-risk construction manager for a $4 million short-term rehabilitation addition to the Williamsport Home senior living facility in Lycoming County. The project includes a 14,000-square-foot addition and approximately 5,000 square feet of renovations. Renovations will occur in the midst of ongoing senior living operations. The project is scheduled for completion early next year.

Financial Outsourcing Solutions LLC leased 2,102 square feet of office space at 425 N. 21st St. in East Pennsboro Township from Plaza 21 Inc. NAI CIR represented the tenant; Landmark Commercial Realty Inc./Oncor International of East Pennsboro Township represented the landlord.

Pixium Studios, a website and e-commerce management firm, opened at 1653 Rodney Road in West Manchester Township.

Scannel Development Co. purchased a 13-acre parcel along Fulling Mill Road in Lower Swatara Township from Platinum Plus Partners and a 37-acre tract from the Estate of Ruth J. Pickel for a FedEx facility that is scheduled to begin construction this summer. RSR Realtors of Lemoyne represented the sellers.

Jonathan and Lori Hirst purchased a property at 221 Hanover St. in Elizabethtown from Jay Dupler and Jim Eberle for an auto repair shop. Manheim Township-based Re/Max Associates of Lancaster represented the buyers; East Lampeter Township-based High Associates Ltd. represented the sellers.

Susan and Robert Otto Jr. purchased a 5,200-square-foot building on an approximately one-half acre of land at 101 N. Cameron St. in Harrisburg from Jane and Charles Green. High Associates represented the seller.

Kellie Harrison leased 2,600 square feet of space at Cape Horn Square in York Township to expand her Kenpo Karate facility. High Associates represented the seller.

C.J. Good LLC purchased a four-unit apartment building at 401 Herr St. in Midtown Harrisburg from 3rd Street LLC. Landmark Oncor International represented the seller.
