National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners' Commissioners Emeritus, which represents former state public utility commissioners from around the country, elected Kim Pizzingrilli secretary and treasurer. She is co-chairwoman of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney's power generation, renewable and utility practice group and has more than 28 years of state government experience, including eight years as a commissioner with the Pennsylvania PUC.
West Donegal Township-based American Association of Meat Processors named Marty Manion executive director. He has 20 years of association management experience, including as director of the Association Independent Management and director of information technology and board services with the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors. He is a graduate of Lycoming College. Christopher Young was named outreach specialist. His responsibilities will include food safety and inspection matters and representing the association before federal, state and local agencies. He is a 20-year veteran of the meat industry.
