Being stuck in traffic on Interstate 81 through the Walnut Bottom Road in Cumberland County to the Dauphin-Lebanon County line costs the average rush hour driver 67 hours, 29 additional gallons of gas, and $1,227 per year, or $24 weekly, says TRIP, a transportation research group.
