Lancaster-based St. James Episcopal Church named Leigh Kaliss director of its Anchorage breakfast program, a community meal program that serves breakfast five days a week to Lancaster's at-risk population.

Lancaster-based Court Appointed Special Advocates of Lancaster County, which provides volunteer advocacy for abused and neglected children, named Wanda Stoltzfus director of development and communications. She was a global project manager with Agilent Technologies Inc. and a technical customer service specialist for Hewlett-Packard. She has a bachelor's degree in chemistry from Warren Wilson College in North Carolina.

Lebanon-based Lebanon Valley Economic Development Corp. named Susan Eberly president. She has been with the agency for 15 years.
