H.B. McClure absorbs Feaser Mechanicals' customers

H.B. McClure Co., the Harrisburg-based mechanical contractor, said it is absorbing the residential heating, ventilation and air-conditioning customers of Cumberland County company Feaser Mechanicals.

"We will provide the best level of service to the former Feaser customers and make the transition as smooth as possible," H.B. McClure President Robert F. Whalen said in a statement.

Feaser, a mechanical contractor based in North Newton Township, closed its residential HVAC business May 25, but requested H.B. McClure maintain its service contracts and residential replacements, according to H.B. McClure. The company also recently hired Todd Feaser of Feaser Mechanicals.

H.B. McClure has grown in recent years. It made four acquisitions in 2011 and 2012, the last one of Elizabethtown-based Shelly Oil Co. in August.

H.B. McClure posted 2012 revenue of more than $32 million, a 25 percent increase from 2011, according to Business Journal records.
