PA Industries for the Blind and Handicapped named Vincent Loose CEO. He was a principal and management consultant with GlenHaven Consulting LLC in Hampden Township and a principal with Deloitte Consulting in Harrisburg.

New Oxford-based Children's Aid Society named Jan Zeigler director of development and marketing. She has 36 years of fundraising and nonprofit experience, a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of North Texas and a master's degree in marriage and family therapy from Texas Woman's University.

York Health Foundation named Lewis Leyes and Jeff Lobach to its board. Leyes is a registered representative with Trusted Wealth Advisors LLP, and Lobach is a partner with Barley Snyder.
