Oxford Township-based Cross Keys Village-Brethren Home Community named Oliver Hazan vice president of sales and marketing. He was director of marketing and sales with Cumberland Crossings for seven years, and he owned a restaurant in Carlisle for more than 20 years. He is a graduate of Sorbonne University in France.
