The proprietary Wolf Key Buyer Index for March showed a slight increase to 66.67 from February's 65.67, according to York-based The Wolf Organization Inc.

Anything above 50 indicates a positive outlook, according to the kitchen cabinet and building products supplier doing business as Wolf.

Data come from a survey of key buyers at independent dealers across 21 states, according to a news release.

The index provides a measure of how materials buyers see the near-term future of their industries, according to the release.

The scores were the same, at 66.67, for both the kitchen and building product segments. Just two months' prior, the score was 50 for kitchen products.
