Spring is here. It's time to test your knowledge — at least wager a guess — about the local office market.
East Pennsboro Township-based Landmark Commercial Realty Inc. reported more than 100 transactions worth $41 million in 2012 sales in the Greater Harrisburg office market.
The market absorbed 166,056 square feet last year and more than 450,000 square feet since the first quarter of 2010, according to Landmark.
How might new construction shake up the office market in 2013? One sizable project in the capital city — the Second and State building — helped the downtown market.
