The Pennsylvania Department of State is warning businesses about a “bogus mailing” indicating they should send $125 and file an Annual Meeting Disclosure Statement or risk coming into “bad standing” with the state.

The mailing did not come from a government office and the Pennsylvania Corporate Compliance Company, which the mailing allegedly comes from, has no association with the state government, the release stated.
