Lititz-based Susquehanna Bank named Bill Lupi a vice president and SBA business banker with its Harrisburg, Lancaster and York/Adams regions. He has 16 years of financial services experience and will be based in Hampden Township. He has a BS from Radford University in Virginia. Beverly A. Wise was named senior vice president and chief human resources officer. She has a bachelor's degree in accounting and a master of education degree from Penn State University. Bryan S. Kaplan was named a residential mortgage banker in Lebanon County. He has experience in financial advising and credit analysis and a BA in political science with a concentration in economics from the University of Pittsburgh. Keith B. McCutcheon Jr. was named senior vice president and chief investment officer. He will manage the company's investment portfolio, daily wholesale funding activities, and derivatives and foreign exchange sales. He has 33 years of banking experience, most recently as a senior vice president and investment and funding manager with Webster Financial Corp. in Connecticut. He has a bachelor's degree from Dickinson College and an MBA with a concentration in finance from American University in Washington, D.C.
