Swatara Township-based JPL named Edmund Hardy a technical project manager. He was an application developer. Previously, he was a software engineer with Fry Communications. He has a BA in computer science from Gettysburg College and an MS in project management from Northeastern University. Laura Harris was named an interactive account manager. She will implement integrated programs and campaigns. She was an account coordinator. Previously, she was a data communications market development specialist with Schaedler/Yesco Distribution and a case manager with the York County District Attorney's Office. She has a BS in business administration from Millersville University and an MBA from Penn State University. Greg Bennett was named an associate creative director. He was the senior design director for Siquis Ltd., an environmental designer with Novak-Birch and an interactive designer at CO2 Media. He is a graphic design graduate of the Art Institute of York.
FGV Media, a division of Harrisburg-based Journal Multimedia, named Jason Ritchey creative director. He will oversee artistic direction and operations. He has been with the company for 17 years.
