The Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union, also known as PSECU, has put its current headquarters in Harrisburg on the market for $9 million, according to a news release from CBRE Inc.
The commonwealth’s second largest credit union, based on assets, is spending $71 million on a much-larger facility on 47 acres on Elmerton Avenue in Susquehanna Township.
PSECU has said construction is slated to wrap up by August.
Migration of employees from the existing office near Harrisburg Area Community College’s main campus should begin by fall and could take until the end of the year.
Built in 1990, the two-story Harrisburg office sits on 9 acres, according to the listing. CBRE is highlighting the property for reuse as office, medical, research and development or warehouse.
