The Holy Spirit Hospital outpatient laboratory relocated to the Holy Spirit Camp Hill Center at 875 Poplar Church Road in East Pennsboro Township.
WS Realty LLC bought an 11,108-square-foot office building and 5,640-square-foot warehouse on more than three acres at 20 Wright Ave. in Lancaster from Metro Bank for $1.35 million. Prudential Homesale Services Group Inc. of Manor Township represented the buyer; NAI Commercial Partners Inc. of East Hempfield Township represented the seller.
Hummelstown-based Drayer Physical Therapy Institute opened an outpatient physical therapy center at 2250 Millenium Way in Hampden Township. The center will specialize in pre- and post-operative care, orthopedics, sports medicine, McKenzie-certified therapy and spinal-decompression traction therapy. Centers also were opened at 4790 Red Bank Expressway in Cincinnati and 513 Academy Road in Starkville, Miss.
Douglas and Kathy Landis purchased an 8,000-square-foot commercial building at 113 E. Pine St. in Mount Holly Springs from First National Bank of Pennsylvania. Wolfe and Co. Realtors of Carlisle represented the buyers; Landmark Commercial Realty Inc./Oncor International of East Pennsboro Township represented the seller.
J&J White Inc. leased 2,397 square feet of space in the Patton Place Shopping Center at 2308 Patton Road in Lower Paxton Township from Patton Place LLC for a barbecue restaurant called Smoke. Landmark Oncor International represented the landlord.
Strategic Marketing and Communications LLC leased 4,800 square feet of flex space at 6951 Allentown Blvd. in Lower Paxton Township from First Industrial LP. NAI CIR represented the landlord.
