West Hanover Township-based Dynamic Healthcare Services Inc. has named a new executive team to continue the growth started by the acquisition of two regional distributors of home medical equipment.

Terry Luft, chief executive officer of DHS, said as of Jan. 1, Michael Conner is chief operating officer, managing day-to-day operations at all facilities, new acquisition integration and the sales department. David Petrosky is chief financial officer, handling fiscal growth and cost analysis along with accounting and long-term strategic planning. Mary Kay Fehl is vice president of operations and special projects, expanding her former responsibilities to include all locations and transitioning new acquisitions into the DHS brand.

Luft said he will focus on new acquisitions and growth opportunities for durable medical equipment and home medical equipment in the Mid-Atlantic.

DHS acquired Hazleton-based Evanko Respiratory Inc. in September and Pittsburgh-based HomeTown Oxygen Pittsburgh in November, increasing its staff to more than 100 employees. Terms of the deals were not disclosed.

DHS is a portfolio company of GMH Ventures LLC, a private equity group headquartered in Newtown Square, Pa. Formed in 2000 as the parent company to Central Medical Equipment of Harrisburg and East Suburban Medical Supply of Pittsburgh, DMH provides home medical equipment, respiratory therapy products and services and complex rehabilitation products and services.
