Manheim Township-based Arro Consulting Inc. named Susan L. Long executive vice president and chief financial officer. She was senior vice president and CFO. She will oversee the finance, human resources and payroll departments. She is a certified public accountant with more than 35 years of financial accounting experience and a degree from Earlham College in Indiana.

Lower Paxton Township-based Centric Bank named Cheryl C. Sakalosky vice president of commercial lending. She will develop business relationships in Dauphin and Cumberland counties. She has more than 35 years of experience, most recently as vice president of commercial lending with Susquehanna Bank, and a bachelor's degree from Penn State University.

Sadsbury Township-based Dutchland Inc. named C. Kevin Martin manager of quality control and assurance. He has more than 25 years of construction management experience.

Derry Township-based Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Co. named Franklin Thompson executive chef of Hershey Country Club. He was banquet sous chef at The Hotel Hershey and executive sous chef at Hershey Lodge.

Sinclair Broadcast Group Inc. named Arthur Hasson general manager of WHP-TV in Harrisburg. He also will oversee WLYH-TV. He was principal and president of MultiPlatform Distribution Co., which produces and distributes television programming, and chief operating officer and co-founder of music-creation software company ClubCreate Inc. He has a BA in experimental psychology from Binghamton University.

Prudential Bob Yost Homesale Services of Manor Township named Jon Bausman a residential sales associate with its West York office. He has a BS in sociology and a master of divinity from Asbury College. Tami de Lara was named a residential sales associate with the Dallastown office. She has 12 years of experience and a BS in mass communications from Towson University. Jack Robertson was named a residential and new-home construction sales associate with the Hanover office. He was with the U.S. Marine Corps for six years and has 16 years of sales experience.
