In brief: Greenlin expands to three pet facilities

By , - Last modified: January 18, 2013 at 11:07 AM

Londonderry Township-based Greenlin Kennel Pet Resort has added a third location, its second on the West Shore.

Last month, owner Doug Gellatly acquired the property at 1810 Lambs Gap Road in Hampden Township.

Gellatly has been in the pet care business for about a decade. He started Greenlin on his 40-acre farm adjacent to Route 283 in Londonderry Township.

Greenlin also operates a site in Monroe Township, a former shelter run by the Humane Society of Harrisburg Area.

The company's facilities combined to service about 18,000 overnight pet stays last year and another 3,500 day care visits.
