He has 23 years of environmental consulting experience and a bachelor's degree in geological sciences from Penn State University. Justin E. Theodorakos was named an environmental specialist with the natural sciences division of the Denver, Colo., office. He has six years of environmental sciences experience with oil and gas companies in Colorado. He has a bachelor's degree in resource ecology from the University of Vermont. Edward E. Reese was named a vice president. He will direct the Canton, Ohio, and Pittsburgh offices and lead the firm's transportation business development. He has more than 25 years of engineering experience and was a senior vice president of HDR. He has a BS in mechanical engineering from Penn State.
FMA Advisory Inc. named Justin Stryker a portfolio administrator. He will help financial advisers administer portfolios. He has a degree in finance from St. Joseph's University.
Chambersburg-based Rotz & Stonesifer Financial Services LLC named Harold J. Beshaw director of financial services. South Middletown Township-based Carlisle Regional Medical Center named Nicole Kinder a physician assistant with its Boiling Springs Family Medicine group. She has a BS in biology from Mercyhurst College and a master of physician assistant science degree from St. Francis University.
York County Convention & Visitors Bureau named Louise Heine destination marketing manager. She will oversee all marketing, communications, websites and public relations. She was a marketing and communications director with the York County Economic Alliance.
Derry Township-based Hershey Entertainment & Resorts named Bart Umidi executive chef of Hershey Lodge. He was an executive chef with The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort and Spa and The Westin Maui Resort and Spa. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America.
East Hempfield Township-based GSM Industrial Inc. named Keith Shocker an outside sales representative. Shocker, who has 16 years of industrial manufacturing experience and nearly 20 years of sales experience, was most recently a regional manager for AIS. Previously, he was senior account executive for an international company.
