The rebranded World Trade Center Harrisburg has announced three outreach locations in Berks, Dauphin and Franklin counties.
The outreach offices are located with partner organizations: the Greater Reading Economic Partnership in Berks County, the Harrisburg Regional Chamber & CREDC in Dauphin County and the Franklin County Area Development Corp. in Franklin County, according to a news release from the organization.
World Trade Center Harrisburg staffers will be available at the locations by appointment immediately and will keep to-be-determined regularly scheduled hours, according to the organization.
The organization will maintain its main York office with manufacturing resources group Mantec Inc., according to the release.
The operating name for many years has been the World Trade Center of Central Pennsylvania.
World Trade Centers Association rules say that all centers must be linked with a city instead of a region, state, province or country, according to the news release.
The licensed name is World Trade Center Harrisburg, the release stated, and a new logo using the official Harrisburg name also includes that it serves Central Pennsylvania.
The World Trade Center Harrisburg is one of more than 330 such organizations in the world with the purpose of linking local firms to global opportunities, according to the release.
