Harrisburg Area Community College will consolidate its central administrative offices into the C. Ted Lick Wildwood Conference Center on its Harrisburg campus. The consolidation will allow the school to relocate administrative staff from two leased off-campus sites. Murray Associates Architects of Harrisburg is the project architect. The $1.5 million renovation project is scheduled to begin next month.
R.L. Livingston will perform site work and paving for Family Dollar projects in Dauphin and Perry counties. McCoy Bros. is the general contractor.
Eastern PCM LLC of Lemoyne will provide project-management services for the renovation of approximately 12,000 square feet of commercial office space for Ritter Insurance Marketing in Dauphin County.
Commerce Park Ventures LLC purchased an 11,664-square-foot office building at 2600 Commerce Drive in Susquehanna Township from First National Bank of Pennsylvania. CB Richard Ellis represented the buyer; Landmark Commercial Realty Inc./Oncor International of East Pennsboro Township represented the seller.
SSAV LLC purchased an office condo in the Forest Hills development off Linglestown Road in Lower Paxton Township. Landmark Oncor International represented the buyer.
Precision Wireless Inc. leased office space at 6400 Flank Drive in Lower Paxton Township from Corporate Office Properties Trust. Landmark Oncor International represented the landlord.
Hong Bao 9 LLC leased 1,120 square feet of retail space at 320 E. Philadelphia St. in York for five years from CFR Realty LLC. Bennett Williams Realty Inc. of York represented the tenant.
