Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet continues its tradition of performing George Balanchine’s “The Nutcracker.”

CPYB is the only pre-professional company in the world licensed to perform Balanchine’s rendition of the classic ballet, and more than 140 dancers will perform.

Show times are at 1 and 5 p.m. Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday.

There also will be a Sugarplum Tea Party at 11:30 a.m. Saturday. This special event will be filled with storytelling and delicious treats, and guests will mingle with “The Nutcracker” cast members.
