Arlo Guthrie is a singer and songwriter also known for his lifelong political activism.

Guthrie’s most well-known work is the more than 18-minute-long song “Alice’s Restaurant Massacree,” which, according to Guthrie, tells the true story of how he was called up for a draft examination during the Vietnam War and deemed unfit for military service.

Guthrie has been performing since he was 13 years old and is the son of singer, writer and philosopher Woody Guthrie.

The show begins at 8 p.m.
