Philadelphia-based ParenteBeard LLC named seven audit and accounting services staff accountants: Amanda Good and Sara Wilt with its Harrisburg office; Colin Lynch, Jordan Sands and Erik Shellenhamer with the Lancaster office; and Ashley Harrington and Craig Hutcheson with the York office. Also named were three tax services staff accountants: Katie Seigendall with the Harrisburg office, Derek West with the Lancaster office and Steven Tretter with the York office. Lebanon-based Garcia Garman & Shea PC named Angela Vega an audit specialist. She has more than 15 years of accounting experience and a BS in accounting from Post University in Connecticut. Gloria Spangler was named a payroll and income tax specialist. She has more than 12 years of experience, most recently with Buckwalter Accounting.
Harrisburg-based McKissick Associates Architects named Greg Hammond a computer-assisted design and drafting technician. He has an associate degree in architectural technology from Harrisburg Area Community College.
Swatara Township-based Herbert, Rowland & Grubic Inc. named Adrienne M. Vicari regional manager of its financial services group. She has more than a decade of experience in financial, project management and design engineering services for municipal wastewater, water and stormwater clients. She is a professional engineer and has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Valparaiso University.
Millersville University named Howard Bauman deputy chief of police with the campus police department. He will oversee the patrol division and share administrative duties for policy revision and emergency preparedness. He was an officer, detective and sergeant with the Millersville Borough Police for 20 years. Jordan Byrnes, Kyle Garrity and Justin Schlottman were named patrol officers. Byrnes was a security officer with the Ware Center; Garrity was employed with a private police firm in the Poconos; and Schlottman worked for small municipalities near Reading. All three are graduates of Pennsylvania police academies and will patrol the campus on bicycles.
Lancaster-based Murray Securus named Ommie Rivera chief information officer. His responsibilities will include assessing system needs, as well as systems development, implementation and operations. He has an associate degree as a computer specialist from York Technical Institute.
Harrisburg-based Caldwell & Kearns named Elizabeth H. Feather and Peter M. Good shareholders. Feather focuses her practice on estate planning and administration, real estate, business law and professional licensing. She has a BS from Muhlenberg College and a law degree from Widener University School of Law. Good's practice will focus on commercial and civil litigation, including construction, real estate, business and employment law. He also has extensive experience arbitrating and mediating commercial disputes. He has a BS from Cornell University and a law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. Jessica E. Ziegler will practice with the energy, communications and utility law groups in the Washington, D.C., office, focusing on issues related to electric, natural-gas and water utility services. He is a graduate of Gettysburg College and Boston College.
