Quandel Construction Group Inc. of Harrisburg was named construction manager of Wellsboro Area School District's new athletic complex. The project will include a turf football field, spectator grandstands, concession stand, baseball and practice fields, lighting, fencing and parking. It is scheduled for completion by late summer 2014.
Lancaster-based Wohlsen Construction Co. broke ground on the second phase of a Mansfield University housing project that will include two residence halls totaling 224,000 square feet of space and containing 684 beds. Tennessee-based EdR is developing the project for Mansfield Auxiliary Corp. WTW Architects of Pittsburgh is the project architect.
Paula Kaprocki leased 2,655 square feet of retail space at 2073 S. Queen St. in York Township from Gibs LLC. Bennett Williams Realty Inc. of York represented both parties.

Quandel Construction Group Inc. of Harrisburg will renovate the interior space of the Thomas P. Saxton Medical Pavilion in Edwardsville, Luzerne County, as a central scheduling facility for Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. The project will include new walls, ceilings, flooring and casework, as well as mechanical, electrical and plumbing modifications.
Core-Design Group of Spring Garden Township will provide design and construction services for exterior and interior renovations to Apple Chevrolet's showroom, lounge and offices in West Manchester Township.
