State to give Ahold $1.3M for Cumberland meat-packaging plant

Pennsylvania will give a nearly $1.3 million economic development package to Cumberland County-based grocery retail company Ahold USA for its new meat-packaging facility being built in the county, Gov. Tom Corbett announced today.
