‘Grace Under Pressure: Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address at Soldiers’ National Cemetery’Friday: Gettysburg National Military Park Museum and Visitors Center

The last of the 2012 Gettysburg Perspectives Special Battlefield Tours, “Grace Under Pressure” will offer a greater understanding of the Gettysburg Address in the context of the personal, political and policy pressures affecting the president when he prepared and delivered it.

The tour, conducted by licensed battlefield guide John Fitzpatrick, will include the Eternal Light Peace Memorial, Little Round Top, the Angle and the Soldiers’ National Cemetery.

The tour begins at 1:30 p.m.
