IT staffing and consulting company Integrated Staffing Solutions has merged into Camp Hill-based recruitment process outsourcing firm Method3 Inc., the latter firm said in a news release today.

ISS will become Method3’s Technology Solutions Group, with ISS President Terry Kohler becoming group president and a partner in Method3, according to the statement. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“ISS had shared office space in Camp Hill and will be working from the Method3 location at 17 S. 19th St.,” Method3 founding partner Mark Lukens said in an email.

ISS provides “technology-based consulting services” to government and enterprise clients, Method3 said.

Method3 said ISS is the second in a series of planned mergers. On Oct. 31, the company announced the acquisition of Augustine Inc., a recruitment process outsourcing firm based in Lower Paxton Township.

Method3 has 63 employees and plans on rapid growth, Lukens said.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Brown and McCarter clients will be served at Murray Securus’ Urban Place office at 454 New Holland Ave., the company said.

A call seeking additional information was not immediately returned.

Murray Securus was formed from the combination in January of Murray Risk Management and The Securus Group, according to the company’s website.
