Jedd E. Erdman leased 1,925 square feet of retail space in the Quentin Circle Shopping Center in North Cornwall Township from the Quentin Circle Group for a Bruno's sandwich shop. Geller Real Estate represented both parties.
Appliance Warehouse Inc. leased 17,600 square feet of warehouse space at 1017 Maclay St. in Harrisburg. NAI CIR of Wormleysburg represented the landlord.
Carlisle HMA LLC will open an additional medical office in 2,439 square feet of space it leased at 2 Jennifer Court in South Middleton Township. NAI CIR represented the landlord.
Martin CFS, which provides business and information technology relocation services, office furniture and shelving, installation, warehousing and distribution, relocated to 1038 New Holland Ave. in Lancaster.
Murphy & Dittenhafer Architects of York will provide design services for the expansion and renovation of two York County-based Presbyterian Senior Living urban properties, Long Community at Highland in Lancaster County and Easton Home in Northampton County. The project will include comprehensive programming, architectural and interior design and historical renovation services, as well as planning for the future development.
Murphy & Dittenhafer Architects will provide historic architectural consulting services for interior renovations to Old St. Paul's Episcopal Church at 233 N. Charles St. in Baltimore. The firm will investigate and develop historical painting and new lighting recommendations for the church sanctuary. The 1856 Baltimore landmark was originally designed by Richard Upjohn and contains stained glass windows and other architectural components by Louis Comfort Tiffany and Tiffany Studios.
Murphy & Dittenhafer Architects completed construction documents for Phase I of Berger Rental Communities' Ribbon Place Lofts redevelopment in York, which will renovate a 27,000-square-foot, two-story vacant industrial building at 239 E. Boundary Ave. into 22 new market-rate loft residential apartment units with a central interior atrium space. The one- and two-level apartments will range in size from 675 square feet to 1,230 square feet. Construction is scheduled for completion by March.
