York County-based Wolfgang Candy Co. Inc. has filed a motion in federal bankruptcy court to sell assets to Lancaster County-based Food Management Systems Inc. for $1 million, according to a court filing today.

The sale proposal specifically excludes some assets such as real estate and cash, the filing stated.

Wolfgang also has petitioned to enter into a lease agreement for three parcels of real estate for a term of four years at a monthly triple-net lease rate of $10,000, with the buyer also paying real estate taxes and insurance, according to the filing.

The sales and lease deals have deadlines of 5 p.m. Friday, the filing stated.
