Hampden Township-based

McKonly & Asbury relocated its Lancaster office to the Urban Place building at 480 New Holland Ave. in Lancaster. The new facility includes expanded conference rooms, a large board room to facilitate training, an expanded employee lounge and video conferencing capabilities.

 

Dollar General Corp. purchased 110 acres of industrial land in Berks Park in Bethel Township from Berks County Industrial Development Authority for a distribution center. NAI CIR of Wormleysburg and NAI Global Corporate Solutions represented the buyer; Cushman and Wakefield represented the seller.

 

Quandel Construction Group Inc. of Harrisburg was named construction manager of a 160,000-square-foot parking garage expansion for Frederick Memorial Hospital in Frederick, Md. The precast concrete structure will include 32,000 square feet of on-grade parking and four elevated levels, totaling 413 parking spaces. The hospital’s Phase 1 improvement program, which involved patient rooms on the second and fourth floors, as well as a new administration area and helipad is near completion.

 

RLS Construction Group of Carroll Township will renovate the sleep lab at the Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center in Luzerne County. The project includes demolition of existing walls, ceilings, finishes and all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in order to accommodate a new layout.

 

EciConstruction of Dillsburg began renovations to the Verber Family Dentistry building in Hampden Township. The project includes total exterior renovations, as well as a new elevator and lobby. The project is scheduled for completion in March.

 

EciConstruction began renovating Baker’s Family Restaurant in Carroll Township. The project will include exterior renovations, extensive site work and a 90-seat dining room addition. It is scheduled for completion next month.

 

Threading Beauty Inc. leased 1,300 square feet of retail space at Quentin Circle Shopping Center in North Cornwall Township from the Quentin Circle Group for a threading and waxing salon. Geller Real Estate of North Cornwall Township represented both parties.

Life Strategy Consultants LLC leased 180 square feet of office space at 701 Cumberland St. in Lebanon from Aidan’s Real Estate Investments LLC for a personal consulting and coaching business. Geller Real Estate represented both parties.

 

Optometry Associates PC leased 7,064 square feet of office space at 4392 Sturbridge Drive in Susquehanna Township from Warren D. Silvers DMD. Landmark Commercial Real Estate/ Oncor International of East Pennsboro Township represented both parties.

 

Richard Shockey Trust purchased the 51-pad Brookwood Country Mobile Home Park on Pensyl Hollow Road in Bedford County from Dallmeyer Family Trust. Landmark Oncor International represented the seller.

 

Harrisburg-based Reynolds Construction Management will provide construction management services for Mifflin County School District’s Indian Valley Elementary School project near Lewistown. It also will provide a facility study for Conewago Valley School District’s middle school, high school and district administration office building near New Oxford.
