Senior executive Jeffrey Seibert is moving from Susquehanna Bank to become Orrstown Bank's chief operating officer.

Seibert will oversee commercial sales, commercial credit and special assets, Shippensburg-based Orrstown announced last week. Seibert's experience will allow him to make "an immediate positive impact," bank President and CEO Thomas Quinn said in a statement.

Seibert most recently served as president of Susquehanna Bank's Pennsylvania division.

Orrstown has $1.3 billion in assets and more than 20 offices in Central Pennsylvania and Maryland.
